A plain-language foundation for using Emirates Capital. Final jurisdiction-specific terms must be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before commercial launch.
1. Platform access
You are responsible for accurate registration information, account security, and all activity conducted through your authenticated session.
2. Challenge rules
Each challenge is governed by the objectives and permissions presented on its active plan and confirmed during checkout preparation.
3. Trading risk
Trading and evaluation participation involve risk. No result, funding outcome, profit, or payout is guaranteed.
4. Platform data
Telemetry may be delayed or unavailable while MetaTrader 5, the Reporter, or network access is offline.
5. Payments and provisioning
Payments are delivered through Paystack and require server-side verification. A verified payment may remain in provisioning until matching prepared MT5 inventory is available.
6. Suspension and integrity
Access may be restricted when account status, security, compliance, or platform-integrity controls require it.
